If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
Refunds and Returns Policy
Change of Mind
If you change your mind or received an unwanted gift, you may return your item In Store within 30 days from date of purchase. Please note, for any change of mind returns placed online, shipping costs are not refunded.
Full terms and conditions:
- items must be returned in new condition.
- proof of purchase is required and it must be within 30 days.
- refunds need to be applied to the same payment method used for the original purchase of the items being returned.
- refunds may take up to 5 business days for the payments to be processed.
- online orders can be refunded online but exchanged In Store only.
Faults or Defects
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure or if the item fail to be of acceptable quality under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please Note: These consumer guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse.
How can I return an Online order?
please contact customer service via email and provide the following information:
- Online order number;
- Full name;
- Email address used for the order;
- Photos of the items if they arrived in less than perfect condition;
Customer service will usually respond within 48 hrs and advise next steps.

Can I exchange an online order?
You are welcome to exchange an online order in store with proof of purchase.
Can I return or exchange an in store purchase online?
No, in store purchanses must be returned or exchanged in store.
What if I paid with a Visa gift card?
You will be issued a Hapeedove store credit. We cannot refund back onto your Visa gift card.
The following Products cannot be refunded or exchanged:
The products that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
The products purchased on clearance.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
